3 Phase Approach

You start the journey by learning about the fundamental science of fat loss and staying 365 lean. We put that knowledge into play with a kick-start 2 week phase, with the objective of learning about how your body functions & burns fat.

We continue the journey with fine-tuned phase of fat loss, building on what you’ve learnt about yourself in Phase #1. You will refine your findings and use it to drive a powerful fat loss transformation.

The final phase of this program is to make the adjustments necessary to maintain and build on your new found fitness & physique. Continue to work out and grow with your subscription to our workouts.

Our classes provide a structured and motivated way to keep advancing your strength, mobility & skills. Take advantage of our open sessions, where our members get together to play and explore movements, learning from trainers and other members alike.
