Yoga has long been heralded as an excellent form of exercise which improves mobility, strength and flexibility. It fits very nicely with the L9 philosophy of movement based training and is a low-impact way to train. Vinyasa Yoga Flow
L9 Yoga incorporates a traditional Vinyasa flow. This mindful and healing flow is the core of our classes.
Vinyasa Fused with Strength
Try L9’s Strength Vinyasa which incorporating weights, we get a bigger burn. The resistance training helps target those hard to get areas.
We like to mix things up, our Yoga classes are occasionally fused with Pilates and other bodyweight training practices to bring you the best of many worlds!
Bring a drink bottle, you might need it!
Its probably best if you brought your own mat. It sure beats sharing!
