It has the benefit of being beginner friendly whilst proven at improving posture and reducing muscular aches and pains. It fits very nicely with the L9 philosophy of movement based training and is a low-impact way to train. Vinyasa Yoga Flow
L9 Yoga incorporates a traditional Vinyasa flow. The mindful and healing flow is the core of our class.
Train with added Weights
Incorporating weights, we get a bigger burn. The resistance training helps target those hard to get areas.
Infused with HIIT
With a high intensity circuit planned in, this Yoga class gets the heart pumping like no other.
Bring a drink bottle, you might need it!
Its probably best if you brought your own mat. It sure beats sharing!
