A introduction to the movements and training of parkour. Starting from the basics of reducing risk, knowing how to jump, land and vault in different ways. participants will learn how to roll, reduce impact from landings, explore their surroundings and learn to execute a couple of vaults.
This workshop is an instructor lead 60 minute session over 4 weeks.
For anyone who is interested in exploring the world of parkour. Beginners or curious folk who have never tried or only a little. or those wanting a refresher on basics Unlocking various ways to overcome physical and mental obstacles. Anyone who is interested in exploring their environment using just their bodies.
This is a fun session designed for all levels to play and learn.
