When its not being used for classes, the Playground is accessible for you to do your own training on Rings, Bars or the Mat. It also has Squat Racks, Kettle Bells and more.
When its not being used for classes, the Studio is accessible for you to do your own training. Train on smooth wooden floors or bring your own mats to do your own personal routines.
