Instead of learning how to use weights & complicated machinery, you’ll learn how to unleash your body and move better. At L9, you’ll develop strength, fexibility & body control… skills you’ll keep with you forever.
L9 Group Personal Training Sessions is a great way to get coaching & effective programming without the high cost. A good Personal Trainer will charge about $100 per hour, not to mention the gym membership fees. Compared to our fitness sessions which only cost $25 per session.
Our sessions are lead by experienced coaches who will take you through the L9 program. Each participant is given drills and corrective instructions which are personalised for them. No two people are at the exact same level and our instructors know how to get the most out of the exercises with you.
Our Strength & Stretch Program are in-depth programs which operate over a 52 week cycle. We go through load and deload phases, intensity, volume and technique phases too. Continued attendance to our sessions will ensure progressive improvement.
Each member works at their own level, selecting regressions and progressions that suit them best.
The instructor will correct form and help pick suitable regressions / progressions.
Anyone of any ability level and age (16+) can attend L9.
L9 is not suitable for members with a heart condition, stroke, diabetes, major muscle or joint conditions, osteoporosis and any condition that may be worsened by participating in physical activity. Please consult medical advice before commencing an exercise program.
Arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in.
Be well hydrated & avoid being fatigued.
If you are experiencing muscle soreness from training, it is advisable to rest and recover instead of training.
Be aware of your limitations and explore with caution.
If you are unsure of a movement / exercise, take the time to ask and discover your ability.
Use the coaches & ask away! We’re very helpful and we love giving tips & tricks.
Once you are familiar with an exercise, push yourself and try more complicated variations. This is the secret to advancing and improving.
Attend as often as you can.
Try to have fun! Don’t be so serious!
Don’t be intimidated by advanced members. L9’ers are very friendly and will be more than happy to help you out.
Everything starts with developing fitness at L9. So we’ve put together an effective bodyweight program anyone can do.
L9 Fitness (formally L9 Program) is the foundation of our training system, developing strength, mobility, and flexibility for everyone in just 60 minutes. Running year-round in 12-week cycles, it’s the core of L9 and our no.1 fitness class. Beginner Friendly.
This is the best class to choose as your first class at L9.
L9 Skills is all about learning calisthenics and handstands, developing strength, coordination, and body control. Designed for all levels, it works in tandem with the L9 Program. Over the year, we systematically break down our training into 2 week mini-programs to develop the handstand, muscle ups, levers, flags and more.
This is a beginner friendly class, but it is recommended that you make your first class the Fitness one.
L9 Squad brings members together to refine advanced skills and techniques in a supportive group environment. It builds on the L9 Fitness Class and L9 Skills Class. This invite only 2 hour training session is a very fun session, dedicated on progression for those who qualify. (Qualification rules in the L9 App)
