about tricking

Tricking is a training form which borrows many movements from martial arts and acrobatics.

Our Tricking class is suitable for anyone who is able to do a cartwheel. Though it isn’t prohibitive if you aren’t yet able to do a cartwheel, that’s just another skill you can start picking up at the class.

Each week over 60 minutes, our world class coach will teach you skills such as:

The back flip

Macacco / B-kicks

Aerial Twists

Pops, Corkscrews and more

Members of all levels are welcome to come to this class. You’ll develop skills as you go along.

What you need to bring for class

Bring a drink bottle, you might need it!

Don’t forget your towel.

Bodyweight Fitness Classes

Everything starts with developing fitness at L9. So we’ve put together an effective bodyweight program anyone can do.

The L9 Program is the foundation of our training system, developing strength, mobility, and flexibility for everyone in just 60 minutes. Running year-round in 12-week cycles, it’s the core of L9 and no.1 fitness class. Beginner Friendly.

L9 Stretch is our flexibility and mobility class designed to enhance recovery and help you move freely. Running year-round, it’s the perfect complement to all L9 training, keeping you resilient and durable. Beginner Friendly.

Bodyweight Skills Classes

Learn, Practice & Develop Handstands & Calisthenics Skills with our Skills Program. For best result, always supplement your skills training with fitness training (L9 Program) so that you are constantly improving strength, flexibility &  durability.

L9 Skills is all about learning calisthenics and handstands, developing strength, coordination, and body control. Designed for all levels, it works seamlessly with the L9 Program to help you unlock new abilities at your own pace. Beginner Friendly.

L9 Squad brings members together to refine advanced skills and techniques in a supportive group environment. It builds on L9 Program and Skills training. This 2.5 hour training session is a very fun session, dedicated on progression for those who qualify. (Qualification rules in the L9 App)
