Muscle Up Workshop – L9 Prahran

This workshop will focus on Muscle Up progressions, with emphasis on both bar and ring Muscle Ups. We’ll work on strength, mobility, and technique, and I’ll provide participants with homework to continue their development. The workshop is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Duration: 3 weeks (1 session of 1.5 hours per week)

Week Breakdown

  • Week 1: Focus on bar Muscle Up progressions

  • Week 2: Focus on ring Muscle Up progressions

  • Week 3: Emphasis on combining bar and ring techniques, with transitions and advanced progressions

Back Lever Workshop – L9 Nunawading
Participants will learn progressive techniques to master the Back Lever, focusing on strength, mobility, and body control specific to the movement. I will provide personalized feedback and homework to support their progress. This workshop is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Duration: 3 weeks (1 session of 1.5 hours per week)

Week Breakdown:

  • Week 1: Introduction to Back Lever progressions and fundamental strength building

  • Week 2: Mobility work and advanced progressions for increased control and stability

  • Week 3: Combining strength and mobility for Back Lever mastery, with a focus on transitions and refinement
